We use as our base tune the genuine Holden 300 kW MAP (MAF-less) program which can be flashed into any GEN-III PCM. All tuning is done using a wideband A/F (Air/Fuel) sensor located in a new 18 mm fitting just before the catalytic convertor. This ensures true accuracy for correct mixtures and quicker response time when tuning.
The custom tune will take into account all modifications currently on your car. Your car will be needed for a minimum of 8 hours.

A program will be developed to suit all the modifications currently on your car. We are able to disable or modify the VATS for any PCM/memcal.
This may be useful if you are transferring a engine but do not wish to include other security components such as the BCM.

GENIII LS1 "PCM Cloning" Service now available
Service covers all models 5.7L VT to VZ GenIIIs
PCM cloning is making an exact carbon copy of your current PCM's engine management program (bin file) into
another working PCM. An example of this would be if you have a suspected faulty PCM which at times is
very difficult to diagnose, especially if the fault is intermittent. A cloned PCM can resolve this.
